- To generate personalized AI responses using the context you provide and the memories the app stores for continuity
- To power trackers, reminders, notifications, partner-linked experiences, and other features you choose to use
- To provide support, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations
- To measure app performance and feature usage using Firebase Analytics and related diagnostics tools
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private app data to train public foundation models. We do not use your health data for targeted advertising.
4. Analytics, notifications, and partner boundaries
- Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, which features are working, and where reliability or usability needs to improve.
- Notifications: If you enable push notifications or reminders, we store the token and the related preference settings needed to send them.
- Partner experiences: Private Bloom chats, belly journey photos, and detailed health entries are not automatically shared with a connected partner account. Partner-linked features may use limited connection status and support or reminder preferences that are necessary to provide those features.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use service providers that help us run the app. Depending on the feature, those providers may process data on our behalf in India and other jurisdictions subject to contractual protections and applicable law.
- Supabase: account services, database storage, and object storage, including app content such as belly journey photos where applicable
- Google Cloud Vertex AI: AI inference for Bloom responses and related personalization context
- Firebase / Google: Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and app integrity services
- RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management
- Cloudflare: public site delivery and security for our web surfaces
6. Retention and deletion
We keep most account, conversation, tracker, and belly journey data for as long as your account remains active, unless you remove it sooner or the feature naturally expires.
If you delete your account, we begin erasing the account data associated with that profile, subject to limited retention that may be required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or billing records, or audit evidence such as consent history. You can review the deletion process on our Delete Account page.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: Email privacy@jssailabs.com if you need help accessing or correcting your information.
- Deletion: You can request permanent deletion through the app or by contacting us if you cannot sign in.
- Withdraw health-data consent: Where consent is the basis for processing health data, you can withdraw that consent by contacting privacy@jssailabs.com. Withdrawing consent may limit or stop features that depend on that data.
- Export: The current in-app "Download My Data" flow provides the JSON export supported by the app at the time of your request. It is not a promise of a complete dump of every internal log, consent record, or legally retained billing record.
8. Security
- We use access controls, encryption in transit, and storage protections designed for a health-adjacent app experience.
- Internal access is limited to personnel or providers who need it to operate, secure, or support the service.
- We review incidents and may notify users or regulators when required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
Mom's Bloom is intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer the service to children under the age required by applicable law to consent on their own.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When material changes occur, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the app before the change takes effect.
