Terms of Service

You may use Mom's Bloom only if:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You can form a binding agreement.
• You will use the service only for lawful purposes.

Mom's Bloom is an adult-focused pregnancy wellness and support service that may include:

Mom's Bloom is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The service is informational and supportive only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, fetal or maternal monitoring, medication guidance, or clinical decision-making.

You agree that:

• You will not rely on the service as your sole source of medical guidance.
• You will contact a licensed clinician, maternity unit, local emergency service, emergency facility, or crisis resource when needed.
• You understand that urgent pregnancy symptoms, mental-health crises, self-harm concerns, or emergencies require immediate real-world help.
• You will not delay contacting a clinician or emergency service because of anything shown or not shown in Mom's Bloom.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Activities that occur through your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to use reasonable security measures.
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that risks harm to users or the service.

Certain features may require additional notice, permission, or consent, including health-data consent for personalized pregnancy, reproductive-health, wellness, or health-related AI functions.

You acknowledge that:

• Terms acceptance and Privacy Policy acceptance are recorded by version.
• Terms acceptance is not, by itself, consent for every optional health-data, AI, partner-sharing, analytics, push-notification, camera/photo, or subscription-related choice.
• Certain health-data processing requires separate express consent or another counsel-approved legal basis.
• AI processing may involve prompts, selected health/profile context, generated responses, summaries, and memory artifacts as described in the Privacy Policy and Health Data Processing Notice.
• Partner/family sharing is feature-specific and does not grant unrestricted access to all pregnancy records.
• Push notifications, camera/photo access, media export, and subscription purchases also depend on mobile operating-system or app-store permission and purchase flows.
• If you refuse or withdraw required consent, some personalized features may stop working, require renewed consent, or operate in a reduced mode.
• Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously processed data, cancel store-managed subscriptions, or remove records retained for legal, security, consent-evidence, support, subscription/accounting, or backup reasons.

Mom's Bloom may allow you to link with a partner and use optional sharing features. Partner features do not grant unrestricted access to all of your information.

By using partner features, you acknowledge that:

• Some data may remain private.
• Some sharing requires separate toggles or feature-specific actions.
• You are responsible for deciding whether to use partner-sharing functions.

You may submit text, photos, logs, feedback, and other content through the service ("User Content"). You retain rights you already have in your User Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that:

• You have the rights needed to submit the content.
• Your content does not violate law or the rights of others.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.

Mom's Bloom uses AI systems to generate supportive content. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, stale, hallucinated, or unsuitable for your situation.

You agree that:

• AI output should be reviewed critically.
• AI output is not professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, emergency guidance, medication dosing, fetal or maternal risk assessment, or clinical monitoring.
• You will not use the service to seek emergency diagnosis, urgent medical decisions, or reassurance that a symptom is safe.
• You understand that Mom's Bloom may not review all entries in real time and may not detect emergencies.
• We may use contextual records to provide continuity, personalization, summaries, and feature improvements consistent with the Privacy Policy and Health Data Processing Notice.

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and store-managed payment methods are governed by the applicable store terms.
• We do not directly store your full payment card details.
• Subscription entitlement information may be processed by RevenueCat and our backend systems to manage access.

We may change pricing, plans, or feature packaging in the future, subject to applicable law and store rules.

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Upload malware, scrape restricted content, or circumvent access controls.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Use automated systems to overload or probe the service without authorization.
• Present the service as clinical, regulated, or licensed medical advice when it is not.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We believe your use creates risk to users, us, or the service.
• We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or as described on the Account Deletion page.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may also update legal documents and request renewed consent where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated by us in writing, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI output will always be accurate or appropriate.
• Every health, safety, or emergency scenario will be detected.
• Every export, deletion, or partner-sharing outcome will be instantaneous or comprehensive in all processors at the same moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSS AI Labs and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSS AI Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of others.

If required by local law, you may retain rights to bring claims or complaints in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may publish a new version, update the effective date, and where required request renewed acceptance in-app.
