Section 3
The 30-Day Grace Period and Cancellation
During the 30-day grace period
- Your live account data remains stored so the account can be restored before the scheduled deletion date.
- You can cancel deletion by signing in before the scheduled deletion time and choosing to restore the account.
- If you do nothing, the permanent deletion process is intended to run after the grace period ends.
- After final deletion is completed, we may not be able to restore the account.
Section 4
What Permanent Deletion Is Intended to Delete
When the scheduled purge runs, Mom's Bloom is intended to remove live account data associated with your account from Mom's Bloom-controlled systems, including:
- Your Mom's Bloom authentication account.
- Profile and account state records.
- Pregnancy, health, wellness, tracker, journal, appointment, kick, contraction, milestone, and checklist records linked to the account.
- Chat records and available AI memory records linked to the account, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
- Partner-linkage and partner-sharing records under Mom's Bloom control.
- Belly-photo records and belly-photo storage objects associated with the account.
- Notification tokens and reminder preferences stored in the account profile.
Section 5
What May Still Be Retained
Even after permanent deletion, some information may remain for a limited or longer period where permitted or required by law, including:
- Consent, withdrawal, deletion, and privacy-request evidence.
- Security, fraud-prevention, incident, abuse, audit, or legal-hold records.
- Support, grievance, regulator, app-store, or dispute-resolution correspondence.
- Subscription, entitlement, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, or store billing records.
- Apple App Store and Google Play records that are controlled by the stores.
- Backup, disaster-recovery, storage lifecycle, or recovery copies until normal overwrite or deletion cycles complete.
- Processor-held operational records subject to provider settings, contracts, or legal obligations.
- Files you exported, photos you saved, screenshots, mobile operating-system backups, or content already viewed, saved, or retained by a partner/family recipient or share destination outside Mom's Bloom.
Section 6
Subscriptions and Billing
Store billing is managed separately
Deleting your Mom's Bloom account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. If you subscribed through a store, manage cancellation through the relevant store account settings.
We may show a billing reminder before scheduling deletion so you understand that store billing is managed separately. You do not need to cancel your store subscription before requesting account deletion, but account deletion may stop your ability to use Mom's Bloom features tied to that account.
Section 7
Data Export or Access Before Deletion
Export first if you need a copy
If you want a copy of your available app data before deletion, use the in-app export flow before confirming deletion. The current in-app export creates a JSON file for major profile, journal, tracker, chat, memory, partner check-in, checklist, and bump journey data, but it may not include every consent-audit, subscription, support, analytics, diagnostics, deletion-log, processor-held, or derived record.
If you need access, portability, correction, deletion, or privacy-rights help beyond the in-app export, contact momsbloom@jssailabs.com. We may need to verify your identity and account relationship before providing additional records.
Section 8
Health-Data Consent Withdrawal
Withdrawal is different from account deletion
Withdrawing health-data consent is different from deleting your account. It generally limits future consent-based health personalization and AI context use, but it does not automatically delete existing data, cancel subscriptions, or remove records retained under another lawful basis. If you also want data deletion, use account deletion or submit a deletion request.
Support FAQ
What Happens Next
Can I request deletion without logging in?
Yes. If you cannot access the app, contact momsbloom@jssailabs.com and say that you need account deletion help. We may need to verify that you control the account before we can act on the request.
Can I cancel deletion during the grace period?
During the 30-day grace period, you can cancel deletion by signing in before the scheduled deletion time and choosing to restore the account.
Does deleting the account cancel store billing?
No. Deleting your Mom's Bloom account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. If you subscribed through a store, manage cancellation through the relevant store account settings.
Should I export data first?
If you want a copy of available app data, use the in-app export flow before confirming deletion. The current export may not include every consent-audit, subscription, support, analytics, diagnostics, deletion-log, processor-held, or derived record.
Is health-data consent withdrawal the same as account deletion?
No. Withdrawing health-data consent generally limits future consent-based health personalization and AI context use, but it does not automatically delete existing data, cancel subscriptions, or remove records retained under another lawful basis.
