Section 1
In-App Choices Supported in Current Repo State
Mom's Bloom privacy choices are split by feature so that one acceptance does not silently become consent for unrelated optional processing.
Delete your account
You can schedule account deletion from the in-app Settings or Privacy & Trust flow in supported iOS/Android builds. Access is suspended immediately, a permanent purge is scheduled 30 calendar days later, and you can restore the account before that deadline by signing in and cancelling deletion.
Deletion is subject to lawful retention exceptions, archived consent evidence, deletion/request logs, security/fraud records, subscription/accounting records, support records, backups, local/offline device data, and processor propagation time. Deleting your Mom's Bloom account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Export major profile and journal data
You can generate a JSON export in supported builds. Current inspected export coverage includes profile, wellness check-ins, symptoms, appointments, chat messages, kick sessions, contraction sessions, maternal metrics, pregnancy milestones, partner check-ins, user memories, weekly checklist completions, and bump journey data.
The in-app export may not include every diagnostic, analytics, subscription, support, consent-audit, deletion-log, notification, processor-held, local/offline, or derived AI record. If local law requires additional access or portability, contact us.
Manage or withdraw health-data personalization consent
In supported builds, the Privacy & Trust screen allows you to enable or withdraw health-data personalization. Withdrawal generally limits future consent-based health personalization, AI context, memory, and richer support responses.
Withdrawal does not automatically delete existing data, cancel subscriptions, delete app-store records, or remove records retained under another lawful basis.
Manage notifications
You can manage reminder timing and notification settings in-app where supported, and you can use your iOS or Android device settings to disable push notifications. If notification permission is disabled, push reminders may stop.
Local device reminders and backend push-token handling may have different technical behavior.
Manage partner/family sharing choices
Some partner and family sharing features are optional. In supported builds, you can manage settings such as Couple Mood Bridge participation and partner-visible bump photo categories. Some photo sharing occurs on a feature-specific basis rather than automatically.
Stopping future sharing does not necessarily remove content already viewed, saved, screenshotted, exported, or retained by a partner/family recipient outside Mom's Bloom.
Use private chat mode where offered
Some chat flows support private mode, which is intended to keep those messages out of partner-visible contexts.
Private mode does not mean the message is never processed by Mom's Bloom systems or processors; it means the product is designed not to place that message in partner-visible sharing contexts.
Section 2
Consent and Permission Choices
The source table is rendered as cards so visitors do not need to horizontally scroll on mobile screens.
Terms acceptance
- How it is handled
- Required account-level agreement recorded by version.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- If not accepted, account creation or continued access may be blocked.
Privacy Policy acknowledgment
- How it is handled
- Required notice acknowledgment recorded by version.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal

Health-data consent
- How it is handled
- Separate consent for certain pregnancy, reproductive-health, wellness, and health-personalized features.

AI processing notice/consent where required
- How it is handled
- Covers prompts, selected context, AI responses, summaries, and generated support content.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- AI features may be unavailable or less personalized where required notice/consent is not active.
Optional analytics/diagnostics choice
- How it is handled
- Current repo state does not confirm a separate public analytics toggle.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Product must verify whether an opt-out/toggle or opt-in consent is required before launch. Diagnostics may remain necessary for security and reliability where permitted by law.
Partner/family sharing consent
- How it is handled
- Feature-specific sharing, opt-ins, invitations, or recipient actions.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Future sharing can be limited, but external recipient copies may not be recoverable by us.
Push notification permission
- How it is handled
- iOS/Android permission plus app reminder settings.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Push reminders and operational notifications may stop if disabled.
Photo/camera/media permissions
- How it is handled
- iOS/Android camera, photo library, media picker, upload, export, and save permissions.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Belly-photo capture, upload, save, export, or sharing features may not work.
Subscription purchase consent
- How it is handled
- Apple App Store or Google Play purchase and renewal flow.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Cancellation/refund rules are store-managed; account deletion does not automatically cancel store billing.
Deletion and retention boundaries
- How it is handled
- In-app deletion scheduling, grace period, support-assisted deletion, final purge, and request-based deletion handling.
- Effect of refusal or withdrawal
- Live account data is intended to purge after the grace period, subject to lawful exceptions, backups, processor timing, local/offline copies, and app-store records.
Section 3

Support steps
How to Submit a Privacy Request
- Use the in-app choice first where it existsSupported app builds may include self-service account deletion, data export, health-data personalization consent, notification settings, partner/family sharing settings, and private chat mode.
- Email the support mailbox if the choice is not self-serviceIf a choice is not yet fully self-service in your app build, contact momsbloom@jssailabs.com. This page does not collect request details through a website form.
- Tell us which privacy choice or request you needFor example, access, portability, correction, deletion, account deletion support, health-data consent withdrawal, processing information, objection, restriction, opt-out, appeal, or grievance handling where applicable.
- Expect verification before actionWe may need to verify your identity and account relationship before acting. If a request involves a linked partner, we may need to determine whose data is at issue.
- Some requests may have lawful limitsSome requests may be limited by lawful retention exceptions, safety/security needs, legal claims, app-store subscription records, tax/accounting obligations, support records, backups, local/offline data, recipient copies, or processor limitations.
Section 4
Health-Data Withdrawal Effects
Withdrawing health-data consent generally affects future processing that relies on consent. It may:
After withdrawal
- Stop or reduce pregnancy-context personalization.
- Stop certain AI memory, summary, insight, or richer support features.
- Require renewed consent before health-personalized AI features resume.
- Leave prior consent evidence, withdrawal evidence, security records, support records, subscription/accounting records, deletion logs, backups, and lawful-retention records in place where permitted or required.
Section 5
Data Deletion, Export, Local Data, and Backups
- Account deletion is intended to delete live account data after a 30-day grace period unless you restore the account first.
- Permanent deletion is intended to remove live account records and belly-photo storage objects under Mom's Bloom control, subject to lawful exceptions.
- Some records may remain after deletion where permitted or required, including consent evidence, privacy-request logs, deletion logs, support records, security/fraud records, subscription/accounting records, app-store records, backups, processor-held records, local/offline mobile data, exported files, saved photos, screenshots, and recipient copies outside Mom's Bloom control.
- If you want a copy of available app data, use the in-app export before confirming deletion or contact us for a supplemental access request where required by law.
- Access to the app is suspended immediately after scheduling deletion, so export should be completed before confirmation unless you restore the account during the grace period.
Section 6
Analytics, Advertising, Tracking, and Geofencing Position
- Mom's Bloom is intended to operate with first-party analytics only.
- Mom's Bloom is not intended to sell personal data, use health data for targeted advertising, perform cross-app tracking, or use geofence targeting around healthcare or reproductive-health facilities.
- At this time, the service does not provide a separate public-facing analytics toggle in the repo state reviewed for this pack.
- Before launch, product, mobile, store, and counsel must verify the final Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, ATT, App Store privacy, Google Play Data Safety, and state-law opt-out posture.
- If tracking, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or consumer-health-data sale is introduced in the future, disclosures and any required opt-in consent, authorization, or opt-out control must be completed before that use begins.
Section 7
