Permanent account deletion
Deleting your account removes access to the app and starts erasure of the account data linked to that profile, subject to limited legal retention.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open Mom's Bloom and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
If the request succeeds, you will be signed out and the account will be queued for permanent deletion.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@jssailabs.com or support@momsbloom.com from the email address connected to your account.
Please include the account email and, if possible, the following details:
- whether you can still sign in
- the last platform you used, such as iOS or Android
- any subscription issue or billing problem that blocks the in-app flow
3. What deletion is expected to remove
- profile information and pregnancy journey details stored with the account
- chat history, derived memories, check-ins, symptom logs, appointments, and tracked milestones
- belly journey photos and related storage objects associated with that account
- partner-linked access tied to the deleted account
4. What may be retained for a limited period
We may retain a minimal set of records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, subscription or tax reporting, or to keep an auditable record of consent and account actions.
