How Mom's Bloom handles pregnancy and related health data
This notice gives extra detail about the health-related information processed by the Mom's Bloom app, how that data is used by AI features, and how you can withdraw consent or request deletion.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies when the Mom's Bloom app processes pregnancy or other health-related information that you provide directly, generate through trackers, or discuss with AI features.
We do not sell health data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train public foundation models.
Where required, health-data processing is based on the consent you provide through the app. If you want to withdraw consent, email privacy@jssailabs.com. We will explain the operational effect, which may include limiting or ending features that depend on health data.
To provide context-aware AI support, relevant portions of your input and stored app context may be processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI on our behalf. Health-related data may also be stored in the app's supporting systems such as Supabase, and related technical metadata may be processed through Firebase services for analytics, notifications, crash reporting, and app integrity.
Your health-related data is not automatically shared with advertisers or data brokers. It is also not automatically exposed to a connected partner account. Private Bloom chats, belly journey photos, and detailed health entries remain separate unless a feature explicitly requires a limited shared state or you choose to share information outside the app.
We generally retain health-related app data for as long as your account remains active and the feature needs it, unless you remove it sooner. When you request deletion, we begin erasing the related account data subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.
The current in-app export flow provides the JSON export supported by the app at the time of request. If you need help with a deletion or export request, contact privacy@jssailabs.com.
