1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mom's Bloom iOS and Android app, related support services, and associated public pages operated by JSS AI LABS LLP.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to:

• these Terms of Service
• our Privacy Policy
• our Health Data Processing Notice where you provide or allow pregnancy or other health-related data to be processed

If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and old enough to use the service under applicable law.

2. What Mom's Bloom is

Mom's Bloom is an informational and support app for pregnancy journeys. Features may include:

• AI conversations and guidance designed to feel context-aware and continuous
• Pregnancy tracking tools, reminders, milestone content, and check-ins
• Optional belly journey photo storage and related journal experiences
• Partner-linked experiences and other app surfaces we make available from time to time

4. Accounts, security, and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
• Pricing, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Apple and Google handle payment processing. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rules of the store through which you subscribed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or the underlying AI. For example, you may not:

• attempt to break, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
• use the service to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content
• misrepresent your identity or use another person's account without permission
• use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others

7. Your data and app content

You retain rights in the personal data and content you submit to Mom's Bloom. You give us permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service as described in the linked legal notices above.

The current in-app "Download My Data" flow provides the JSON export supported by the app when you request it. It is not a commitment to provide a full backend dump, every internal system log, or every record retained for billing, security, or legal compliance.

If you want to permanently delete your account, use the in-app flow or the instructions on our Delete Account page.

8. Partner-linked features

Some experiences may allow a connection between a pregnant user and a partner account. Those features are limited to the surfaces we make available in the app and do not automatically expose private Bloom chats, belly journey photos, or detailed health logs to a connected partner.

9. Suspension, termination, and availability

• You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, fraud, or safety reasons.
• We may modify or discontinue features over time, including experimental AI features.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI output will always be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSS AI Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless a different process is required by applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled in the competent courts or forums connected to JSS AI Labs and the service.

12. Changes, entire agreement, and contact

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a material change, we may update this page and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app before the revised terms take effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Health Data Processing Notice, form the entire agreement between you and JSS AI Labs regarding Mom's Bloom.
